Rates
Initial Diagnostic Assessment = $200
Individual Therapy (60 minutes) = $175
Individual Therapy (45 minutes) = $150
Family Therapy (60 minutes) = $175
Insurance
I no longer participate with any insurances but if you have out of network benefits, I will submit the claims for you. I recommend contacting your insurance company to inquire about possible out of network benefits. You may want to ask the following questions about receiving services through a non-participating provider:
- does my plan include benefits for providers that are not currently participating with the network?
- do I have a separate deductible amount for these services? If so, what is it and I have met it yet?
- does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year? If so, what is the limit?
- do I need a referral from my primary provider, or a prior authorization from the insurance company before beginning services?
Payment
I accept cash and check as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged a $50 Late Cancellation fee.
